Lee Sae-rom to Transform Her Acting with a Role as a Bartender in Drama 'Chaebol X Detective 2'... Expectations Rise

[Korea Social Welfare Journal] Reporter Lee Jeong-mok=Former fromis_9 member Lee Sae-rom takes on a new acting challenge by joining the drama 'Chaebol X Detective 2'. It was announced through her agency that Lee Sae-rom has been cast as bartender Song Ah-reum.

SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Chaebol X Detective 2' is an investigation drama starring chaebol heir Jin Yi-soo (Ahn Bo-hyun) and the new team leader Joo Hye-ra (Jung Eun-chae), dealing with the story of overcoming various obstacles through wealth.

Song Ah-reum, played by Lee Sae-rom, is a character who becomes involved in an unexpected incident after being selected as a model by the world-renowned sculptor Yu Sŏngwŏn (Yoo Seung-ho). Her role goes beyond being a simple model, serving as a key link in the case and playing an important role in the development of the incident.

After concluding her activities with the group fromis_9, Lee Sae-rom transitioned to acting and has been showing her own unique color in various works. She previously drew attention by playing the child version of Han Chae Young in 'Ad Genius Lee Tae-baek', and recently gained recognition for her stable acting skills through her appearance in a TVING short-form drama.

Having taken her first full steps as an actress, Lee Sae-rom is set to showcase a new side of herself in 'Chaebol X Detective 2' following her contract with the management company 333. The drama airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
