Nina releases 2nd mini album 'WHY NOT ME?'... Producer Lee Hyun-seung participates

Singer Nina will release her second mini album 'WHY NOT ME?' through various music streaming sites at 6 PM today (30th) and begin full-scale activities.

This album contains the growth narrative of a girl who gradually learns how to love herself while experiencing the emotion of love. The title track 'Why' is a song that expresses the confused emotions at the moment love wavers through a cheerful sound and delicate vocals, with producer Lee Hyun-seung—who worked on Kim Tae Woo's 'Love Rain' and Ailee's 'I Will Show You'—providing support by handling the composition and arrangement.

The album includes a total of 6 tracks, including the title track, 'Shadow Boxing', 'QT', 'mamapapa', 'Tell Me Where Are We', and 'Say It for Me'. Nina is expected to showcase a wide musical spectrum by handling various genres such as contemporary R&B, hip-hop, pop, swing EDM, alternative pop, and ballads.

In particular, top-tier domestic and international producers such as Lee Hyun-seung and Kim Do-hoon participated in this album in large numbers to seek harmony between K-pop and global pop sounds. Nina also proved her capabilities as a singer-songwriter by directly participating in the composition of the included track 'Tell Me Where Are We'.
