Noella, a violinist and fusion artist, has won an award at a US film festival for her feature film 'Alchemy in Venice'.
According to Noella, the work received the Jury Grand Prize in the feature film category at the Awareness Film Festival held in LA, USA, on the 26th.
'Alchemy in Venice' is a project for which Noella served as the planner, screenwriter, lead actor, and performer.
The film was screened as the closing film at this festival, which saw competition from approximately 1,000 works.
The news of the award comes just two days after the film's world premiere at the historic Lido Theater during the Newport Beach Film Festival, which saw approximately 4,000 entries on the 16th. Directed by John Fitzgerald, the film stars Erika Eleniak, Eve Gavi, Jeff Philip, and Esther Moon. Noella stated that as a Korean artist, the moment she saw the work she personally crafted and acted in displayed on the same screening stage was deeply moving.
