aespa WINTER to miss Dallas performance due to shingles diagnosis

SM Entertainment announced through a fan community on the 30th that aespa's WINTER has been diagnosed with shingles and will not participate in the Dallas, United States performance.

According to the agency, WINTER had been experiencing poor physical condition even before the Miami performance. After finishing the performance, she underwent detailed examinations at a hospital and was diagnosed with shingles.

SM Entertainment stated, “WINTER had a strong will to carry out the scheduled schedule, but following the medical team's recommendation that the artist's health and recovery are the top priority, after consultation, it was inevitably decided that she will miss this Dallas performance and take rest.”

Due to WINTER's absence, the performance on that day and on-site events such as Hi-Bye and Send-Off will proceed with a three-member system consisting of KARINA, GISELLE, and NINGNING.

SM Entertainment previously also announced strong legal action against malicious posts that are being continuously distributed targeting WINTER.
