Kim Woo-seok delivers shocking twist as intern Park Tae-gyeong in 'Doctor X'

Actor Kim Woo-seok delivered an unexpected twist in the SBS drama 'Doctor X'. In episodes 9 and 10, which aired on the 6th and 7th, Kim, playing the role of Park Tae-gyeong, a new intern at Guseodae Hospital, shocked viewers by pressing a pillow over the face of patient Kim Seung-hyo in a hospital room toward the end of the episodes. The twist felt even more significant because the character had previously been shown treating patients with sincerity and putting their needs first.

Previously, in a scene at a bus stop, Park Tae-gyeong candidly revealed his past of being adopted from an orphanage and expressed his affection for his family. After participating in a surgery involving a child's life, he expressed respect toward the professors, and during a disciplinary committee meeting, he made his stance clear regarding his choices, stating, "I do not regret participating in this surgery." Kim Woo-seok portrayed various facets of the character, ranging from a bright and pure intern to a person with a firm attitude and the unfamiliar face revealed in the hospital room.

The meaning behind Park Tae-gyeong's actions toward patient Kim Seung-hyo has not yet been revealed. As the scene was the complete opposite of the image built up until now, attention is focused on how his past and choices will be explained in the upcoming developments. 'Doctor X' airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
