BTS member RM (real name Kim Namjoon) has donated 100 million won to the National Museum of Korea. RM is serving as a global ambassador for the National Museum of Korea.
According to the National Museum of Korea, RM delivered the donation on the 29th through the National Museum of Korea Association, a support organization for the museum. The donation was delivered along with the intention that it be used to purchase the museum's collections.
The donation will be used to purchase and donate museum collections. RM stated, “As a global ambassador for the National Museum of Korea, I am happy to be able to support the museum,” and added, “I will continue to work together to promote the museum and our culture.”
RM was appointed as a global ambassador for the National Museum of Korea in June this year.
