Geu_nyang to release new EP ‘Si_ji’ on the 28th at 6 PM

According to media reports, singer-songwriter Geu_nyang will release her new EP ‘Si_ji’ on music streaming sites at 6 PM on the 28th. This album deals with love and relationships, loneliness and peace, and inner emotions that were difficult to reveal easily.

Geu_nyang began the story of the album by recalling her childhood self. She stated, “‘Si_ji’ is the name of a neighborhood in Daegu where I spent my childhood, meaning ‘to arrive in time.’ In this album, I contained a heart that is a little more honest than usual, like the child who lived in ‘Si_ji.’”

Woo Seong-rim of Tuesday Beach Club participated in the arrangement. He brought out the emotional textures of each song and expanded Geu_nyang's delicate sensibility and sincere messages into a deep sound, adding a more mature musical color to the album.

Prior to the EP release, Geu_nyang presented the pre-release track ‘Shell’ and sequentially released mood films for ‘Pacifist’, ‘Please Leave’, and ‘The Far Side of the Moon’. On the release date, a mood film for the title track ‘Love, Surely’ is also scheduled to be released.

Geu_nyang, who debuted in 2015, met with fans by holding a solo concert last July.
