tvN ‘Uju Tteokjib’ Jirak-i-deul Opens 2nd Branch in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul… New ‘Tteok Burger’ Menu Revealed

According to media reports, the 6th episode of the tvN variety program ‘Uju Tteokjib,’ which aired on September 4, depicted the cast leaving the Goheung store to open the second Earth branch in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul. Lee Eun-ji, Mimi, Lee Young Ji, and An Yu Jin entered a large-scale Seoul store equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and began full-scale preparations for business.

The cast received recipes for beef tteok burgers and shrimp tteok burgers using Gijeong-tteok as buns, as well as mint carrot cake, from Chef Kwon Sung-jun. During the practical practice process, they took on a mission to make 15 sets of tteok burgers and 10 sets of desserts for the production team, but they experienced trial and error, such as exceeding the time limit and missing some menu items, identifying areas for improvement for future operations.
