Since they operate on the principle of same-day cooking, they sell them cheaply to exhaust all the cooked side dishes. Just because the price is low does not mean the taste and quality are lacking. Some of the vegetables needed for the side dishes are directly farmed and supplied, and working in the fields under the hot sun often leaves them exhausted. Making about 40 types of side dishes every day from dawn and preparing ingredients to be used the next day, they say their entire bodies ache from the wrists to the waist... Let's visit the family who is sweating profusely to make side dishes that are good in both taste and cost-effectiveness.
