DAY6 Wonpil performs at his first overseas solo festival stage at Taiwan's KRAZY Music Festival

Wonpil appeared solo at the music festival KRAZY Music Festival held in Taipei, Taiwan. On September 27, the official DAY6 account released behind-the-scenes photos of the performance and posted that he enjoyed the stage with My Day. According to media reports, this is Wonpil's first time performing alone at an overseas festival since his debut with DAY6 on September 7, 2015. Previously, he stood on stage as a solo festival headliner at ‘Beautiful Mint Life 2026’ held at the Oil Tank Culture Park in Mapo-gu, Seoul, in May.

Wonpil, who handles vocals and keyboards in the team, continued his live performance without instruments during this show. He sang ‘Love Ward’, the title track of his first solo mini album ‘Unpiltered’ released in March, along with the B-side ‘I Became an Adult’, and ‘A Loner on a Remote Island’ from his first solo full-length album ‘Pilmography’. ‘Unpiltered’ recorded number 1 on music charts, all tracks entering the Melon TOP 100, and a career high in album sales. ‘Home Alone’ from DAY6 (Even of Day) 2nd mini album ‘Right Through Me’ and the title track ‘Time of Our Life’ from DAY6 5th mini album ‘The Book of Us : Gravity’ were also included in the setlist.

He added dance to the track ‘Up All Night’ from ‘Unpiltered’. Wonpil also showcased dances prepared for fans during his second solo concert held at Jamsil Arena in Seoul from May 1 to 3. According to media reports, during his time as a trainee at JYP Entertainment, he learned various dances, including acrobatics, from the dance team with members of GOT7. At that time, Wonpil said, “Was my movement okay? I prepared hard because I wanted to show many sides of myself. I was also very happy while preparing.” Regarding the concert preparation process, he said he practiced in the choreography studio while thinking of the image My Day would like, and expressed relief that fans liked the prepared stage.

After finishing the festival, Wonpil said, “It was so much fun. It was really good because there were many My Day who came to cheer for me. Now I will go back (to Korea) and continue preparing for our DAY6 fan meeting.” He mentioned that it was his first time standing at an overseas festival alone and expressed gratitude to the fans who cheered on-site and the fans who sent their hearts from afar. He also stated that the weather was good except for the heat and that he was thankful to have finished the performance well.

Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and DOWOON of DAY6 held ‘The DECADE FINALE in SEOUL’ at KSPO DOME in Seoul in July, completing a world tour of 27 shows across 16 regions domestic and overseas, and are currently working on new material. Last year, they released the single ‘Maybe Tomorrow’ in May, the 4th full-length album ‘The DECADE’ in September, and the Christmas single ‘Lovin’ the Christmas’ in December. DAY6 is scheduled to appear as a headliner at XMF 2026 held at Paradise City in Incheon on October 4, and will hold the official fan meeting ‘EVERY DAY6, EVERY My Day’ at INSPIRE Arena in Incheon from October 23 to 25.
