Dain to Release Debut Single on Oct. 23 as Kite Entertainment's First Artist

Dain, a singer-songwriter with a soft, warm voice, is the first artist signed to Kite Entertainment. Over three days from the 16th to the 18th, the agency released profile images and concept photos for her debut single "Slightly Faded Weather Because I Love You" through its official social media channels.

A kite as a symbol of dreams and freedom

A kite appears throughout the photos as an object symbolizing the true self, dreams and freedom. Kite Entertainment said it used the motif to express the musical message of Dain moving toward a new tomorrow. In the first images, Dain wears a white dress and long hair, giving off a pure, innocent mood, and is shown flying a white kite or running across a sunlit lawn.

A different mood in the later images

The photos that followed show Dain in a sky-blue dress, standing amid fresh greenery. With a faint smile and a clear expression, she presents a different mood. The agency released the images in sequence on its official social media accounts.

Songs of youth that keep hope alive

Dain will take part in writing both lyrics and music, and plans to sing stories of young people who do not lose hope even amid anxiety and wandering.
