Gangwon Film Commission accepts registrations for content personnel and company DB until the 30th

The Gangwon Film Commission, an affiliate of the Gangwon Foundation for Arts and Culture, is accepting online platform registration applications from content creators and companies active in Gangwon State until the 30th. This project is intended to establish a foundation for the local content industry by gathering information on personnel and companies.

The personnel category targets creators in fields including directing/directors, cinematography, lighting, color grading, visual special effects, as well as webtoons, web novels, games, and animation. Companies can include not only video and film production companies but also businesses in the game, character, and publishing sectors, as well as filming equipment rental and studio operators.

Gathering information on personnel and companies by field can be utilized as a foundation to understand the composition and capabilities of the local content ecosystem and to help connect creators and companies. Shin Hyeon-sang, CEO of the Gangwon Foundation for Arts and Culture, said, "Through this DB construction, we hope to establish a foundation where content companies and creators within Gangwon State can interact extensively."
