'Immortal Songs' to air Jeon Yoo-sung memorial special on the 7th featuring comedians from three major networks

KBS2 variety show 'Immortal Songs' will air its 779th episode on the 7th as a "Jeon Yoo-sung Special Without Jeon Yoo-sung" to mark the first anniversary of the late Jeon Yoo-sung. The broadcast is scheduled for 6:05 PM that evening.

Comedians from the three major broadcasters—KBS, MBC, and SBS—including juniors and colleagues with deep ties to the deceased, will take the stage to honor his memory. Performers include Yang Hee-eun, Kwon In-ha, and Han Young-ae, while illusionist Lee Eun-gyeol, whom the deceased supported, will present a magic performance.

The highlight of the program is '2026 Bongsoongah Hakdang,' which brings together legendary comedians from the three major networks. Participants include Kim Jeong-ryeol, Lee Kyung-sil, Jo Hye-ryun, Joon Park, Zoltan's Lee Jae-hyeong, Han Hyeon-min, and Jeong Jin-uk, as well as Ahn Young-mi. Representing 'Gag Concert' are Song Pil-geun, Park Eun-young, Shin Yun-seung, Jo Su-yeon, Hong Hyeon-ho, Na Hyeon-young, and Kim Ga-eun. Additionally, the show will premiere a collaborative segment titled 'Teacher Kang in the Dressing Room,' featuring seniors and juniors Lee Kyung-sil, Jo Hye-ryun, and Ahn Young-mi transforming into 'Gollum.'

Special MC Kim Shin-young, a comedian who was a disciple of the deceased and stayed by his side until his passing, will take on the role and perform with the segments 'Second Aunt Kim Davi' and 'Hyung-nim-ah.' According to the production team, MCs Shin Dong-yup, Kim Jun-hyun, and Lee Chan-won will also transform into unique characters during '2026 Bongsoongah Hakdang.'
