Singer Kim Da-hyun has donated the prize money she earned from the Good Star King of Singers competition to children and adolescents suffering from pediatric cancer and rare incurable diseases. This donation will be used for a medical expense support project for families of young patients experiencing economic difficulties due to long-term treatment and repeated surgeries.
Kim Da-hyun has been continuing active external activities, such as being appointed as an ambassador for the '2026 Gyeongnam Goseong Dinosaur World Expo'. Her steps in practicing consistent sharing alongside her musical activities serve as a positive social model, as they are the result created by the collective support of her fans.
Hong Seung-yun, a director at the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, stated, "We are grateful to Kim Da-hyun and her fans for constantly delivering warm hearts to children enduring long treatment processes," adding, "The donated funds will be preciouslly used to help the children return to their healthy daily lives without giving up on treatment." Including this donation, the cumulative amount donated in Kim Da-hyun's name has reached a total of 13.88 million won.
