Kim Hyung-bae, an oriental medical doctor known as the boyfriend of influencer Aori, has apologized for his remarks regarding fever.

On the 26th, Kim Hyung-bae posted an apology on his personal SNS for causing confusion and concern through recent comments he left regarding fever and the intake of antipyretics. He corrected himself, stating that suggesting one could endure up to a certain body temperature was an incorrect expression.

He explained that his intended meaning was not that one must unconditionally endure a fever, but rather that instead of judging by the temperature number alone, one should consider the patient's overall condition—such as age, health status, and accompanying symptoms—to determine the need for antipyretics or medical treatment. However, he stated that as a medical professional delivering health information, he should have expressed himself more accurately and cautiously, and admitted that his failure to do so was due to his own carelessness.

Previously, Kim Hyung-bae made remarks suggesting that one should not rely on medication, and in response to a netizen's question asking if one should endure a fever, he replied that it is recommended for adults to endure up to 39.4 degrees Celsius and for children aged 4 to 5 to endure up to 38.5 degrees Celsius. In response, the Association of Doctors Advancing a Fair Society criticized the medical advice as being incorrect.

Meanwhile, Kim Hyung-bae recently began a public passionate love with influencer Aori.
