Lee Hyun-wook to play the role of Kim Beop-min in KBS2 epic drama ‘Great King Munmu’

The KBS 2TV epic drama ‘Great King Munmu’ deals with the stories of leaders who moved toward a single victory amidst 600 years of continuous war and upheaval within the Three Kingdoms.

Lee Hyun-wook plays the role of the Silla monarch Kim Beop-min in the drama.

Kim Beop-min is a figure who grew up as the eldest son of Kim Chun-chu, learning diplomacy and conduct, and mastered combat and leadership from his maternal uncle Kim Yu-sin to achieve the unification of the Three Kingdoms.

‘Great King Munmu’ will premiere this coming November.
