New stills released for '100 Days of Deception' ahead of episode 10
Production staff for the tvN weekend drama '100 Days of Deception' released new stills depicting the diverging paths of characters following a bomb operation, ahead of the upcoming 10th episode.
The production team of tvN drama '100 Days of Deception' has released images showing characters fleeing after a bomb operation at the Government-General of Korea, as the series seeks to surpass its previous 9.8% viewership rating.
On the 8th, the production team of the tvN 20th anniversary special weekend drama '100 Days of Deception' (directed by Yoo In-sik and Yunjin Kim, written by Ryu Bo-ri) released stills capturing the conflicting movements of characters scattered after a bomb operation, ahead of the broadcast of episode 10.
The images show Lee Ga-gyeong (played by Kim You-jung), Yoo So-ran, Yoo Philip, and Sato Shinichi having escaped the banquet hall. Lee Ga-gyeong has safely boarded a train at Gyeongseong Station; she has a small wound on her forehead and soot marks on her white clothing, her expression as she reads something conveying a heavy heart. Yoo So-ran is staring at someone in the middle of a hallway while holding a knife, and Yoo Philip is hiding behind a hallway pillar looking tense. Sato Shinichi, holding a gun, has disheveled hair and bloodstains on his shirt.
Previously, the National Salvation Corps carried out an operation to detonate a time bomb during a banquet celebrating the opening of the Gisonggwan at the Government-General of Korea, at the moment the Governor-General (played by Kim Seung-rak) and others were raising a toast. While Lee Ga-gyeong moved the bomb from the floral decorations to a cake to hide it, a variable arose when Kim Tae-ung (played by Park Jin-young) moved his seat near that area.
The production team stated, "The aftermath of the bomb operation, which has become another beginning rather than an end, is blowing in. The changes in Sato Shinichi, whose vigilance has heightened due to this operation, will add a sense of crisis and tension. Please also watch the precarious direction of Kim Tae-ung's fate, who became a variable in the operation by entering enemy lines just before the explosion."
As the drama enters its latter half, attention is focused on whether it will surpass its own highest viewership rating of 9.8%. Episode 10 will be broadcast at 9:10 PM today.
