Lee Sedol successfully completed cleaning the 51m high exterior wall of the KBS Busan Broadcasting Headquarters during a KBS2 broadcast on the 6th, prompting a rope technician team representative to offer him a job on the spot.
The representative of a rope technician team offered Lee Sedol a job on the spot, stating, "You are not ordinary. If you lose your job, come to us." In the third episode of KBS2's 'Unemployed Lee Sedol' broadcast on the 6th, Lee Sedol completed the cleaning of the approximately 51m high exterior wall of the KBS Busan Broadcasting Headquarters.
Lee Sedol succeeded in descending after a second attempt during a section where he had to climb over a rooftop railing and hang in mid-air. Although he noted during the work that "balancing is harder than I thought," he did not stop wiping. Mentors evaluated him by saying, "He is A-class talent," and "I want to scout him. His concentration is amazing."
Choi Daniel and Han Sang-jin joined as one-day supporters for this broadcast, with Jung Jae-hyung and Jang Do-yeon serving as hosts. Before the actual task, they conducted preliminary training at the Busan Tower observatory, located at an altitude of 189m. Han Sang-jin failed the exterior wall challenge due to acrophobia.
Lee Sedol remarked, "I felt once again that doing it alone is truly difficult," adding, "Since we moved together as a team, it was really nice to be all together." 'Unemployed Lee Sedol' airs every Friday at 8:30 PM on KBS2.
