‘Mom Has Gone Crazy’ Premieres Today (28th)... The Family Histories of Five Mothers Unfold

The new KBS1 daily drama ‘Mom Has Gone Crazy’ will air its first episode on the 28th.

The script is written by Na Seung-hyeon and directed by Seong Jun-hae, with the story unfolding around Jo Mi-mi (Kim Hee-jung), Jeon Jin-hee (Kang Kyung-hun), Hwang Geum-sun (Kim Young-ok), Choi Sun-deok (Yang Hee-kyung), and Park Ji-young (Jo Mi-ryung).

Jo Mi-mi runs ‘Mimi's Samgyetang’ and continues preparing for business even on the morning of her birthday, but her three children, Kang Gang-nam (Kang Eun-tak), Kang Dae-chi (Kim Jong-hoon), and Kang Da-mi (Jung Min-ah), are absorbed in their own daily lives, having forgotten their mother's birthday.

Jeon Jin-hee is depicted as a mother who is the CEO of Hwanggeum Apparel, the wife of her husband Cha In-seong (Nam Seong-jin), and calls her son Cha Do-yun (Bae Ji-wan) her "universe." Hwang Geum-sun shouts, "My mind is perfectly clear," even in situations where her memory fluctuates, and says she will not pass down her assets.

Park Ji-young cannot hide her joy upon receiving a phone call from her daughter Kang Ye-ri (Kim Na-eun). The production team asked viewers to watch the hidden stories within these seemingly ordinary families and see why the mothers are going "crazy."
