Shim Ha-eun, a model and the wife of former national football player Lee Chun-soo, has shared an anecdote regarding a contract being finalized, 11 months after reports concerning a postpartum care center emerged. On the 13th, Shim Ha-eun wrote about her experience visiting a hotel in Namsan on her Instagram.
Shim Ha-eun said, “What was it, there was a story that if you go to a certain hotel in Namsan, the gold energy is strong so contracts are successfully finalized,” and added, “I went there a month or two ago with the children just for fun.”
She continued, “But lo and behold, a car accident happened the very next day. My phone, which was perfectly fine, suddenly wouldn't respond to touch.” She also added, “Of course, I'm saying this for fun, but it seems I am not destined to be associated with gold energy~♀️”
According to media reports, an entertainment news outlet mentioned Shim Ha-eun's name last November while covering the bankruptcy situation of the postpartum care center Donggeurami. The report claimed that Shim Ha-eun had received a salary from the care center since 2016 and that the care center provided a corporate vehicle to the couple, Lee Chun-soo and Shim Ha-eun.
The report also stated that there were records of monthly rent of 2.6 million won being transferred to Shim Ha-eun's account in 2017–2018. Lee Chun-soo and Shim Ha-eun married in 2012 and had a daughter, Ju-eun, in 2013. In 2020, twins Tae-gang and Ju-yul were born.
