Comedian Shin Ki-ru is meeting fans with her 19+ solo fan meeting 'No Condom Show.' In her first solo performance 22 years after her debut, Shin Ki-ru filled all 1,000 seats. The scene will be revealed in the 423rd episode of MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View' airing on the 7th.
Attendees at the venue included the couples Hong Yoon-hwa and Kim Min-ki, Hong Hyun-hee and Jason, Lee Eun-hyung and Kang Jae-jun, as well as Pungja and Lee Yong-jin. Owners of Shin Ki-ru's regular shops also occupied seats in the audience. They cheered her on, saying, "Lulu, you can do it," to help ease her nerves.
'No Condom Show' is presented as a stand-up comedy performance. Rather than walking onto the stage, Shin Ki-ru ascended while seated in a chair. Cheers and applause erupted from the audience whenever she made minor movements, such as drinking water or walking, or when unrestrained burping sounds occurred.
At the end of the performance, a surprise event prepared by fans took place. After seeing off her fans with reddened eyes, Shin Ki-ru returned backstage and let out her suppressed emotions.
The broadcast can be viewed on MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View' on Saturday the 7th at 11:10 PM.
