In the fifth episode of the JTBC weekend drama 'Final Table', Head Chef Kang Han (Ahn Hyo-seop) and CEO Choi Song-yi (Hong Hwa-yeon) visit a mountain cabin to retrieve an unidentified object, hiding their movements from their teammates ahead of the second round of filming.
Released stills show the two exchanging mysterious glances in front of the cabin while holding a massive traditional earthenware jar and a black plastic bag, respectively. Because the secret weapon needed to solve the mission for the second round theme, 'Light of the Meadow,' could not be found in the city, they set out to find it themselves; the two are seen smiling broadly as they descend from the mountain.
Previously, in the first round, Team Familia (Kang Han, Choi Song-yi, Choi Doo-young, and Park Geon-woo) took first place by incorporating traditional soybean paste into Italian ravioli to express generational harmony. 'Final Table' is a drama depicting the stories of chefs participating in the 'The Table: K-Chef 2026' competition to select the best Korean chefs, and episode 5 is scheduled to air on the 7th at 10:40 PM.
