Family Musical 'I Am a Firefly' to Open at Yerimdang Art Hall on the 9th

The children's and family musical 'I Am a Firefly' will open on September 9th at the Yerimdang Art Hall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This work follows the journey of the protagonist Seo-yun, who has come to fear the darkness after losing her father, as she meets a firefly and regains the lost light in her heart. The original work is a picture book motivated by the song of the same name by musician Jung Jung-sik.

This performance is drawing anticipation as a talented creative team, including director Bae Seok-jun, writer Lee Hwan, music director Park Shin-ae, and choreographer Choi In-sook, comes together. Moon Si-yeon and Lee Hye-in are double-cast for the role of the protagonist Seo-yun, Choi Jong-hyun will play the role of the father, and Min Chae-won will perform two roles as the grandmother and the Villain 'Meokbam'. The performance will continue until October 5th.
