In the third episode of 'Oh! My Guard' aired on the 31st, Eom Tae-bong hired Oh Hae-ra as a secret bodyguard following a threatening phone call from an unidentified assailant. Disguised as a stylist to cover living expenses, Oh Hae-ra later pleaded with Eom Tae-bong to help her find her indifferent father.
Actor Jung Yong-hwa has entered into a secret contract by hiring the "suspicious, passionate fan" Hong Seung-hee as his bodyguard. In the third episode of the Lifetime weekend drama 'Oh! My Guard', which aired on the 31st, Eom Tae-bong (Jung Yong-hwa) brought in Oh Hae-ra (Hong Seung-hee)—who believes she is the female lead Cha Hong-du from the drama 'The Crown Prince's Bodyguard'—as a secret bodyguard. The decision was made after he felt his safety was threatened by a threatening phone call from an unidentified assailant stating, "We will meet again soon."
Needing living expenses, Oh Hae-ra focused on her bodyguard duties while disguising herself as Eom Tae-bong's new stylist. Upon spotting a suspicious man at the filming site, she even followed him into the men's restroom where Eom Tae-bong was located. While bickering, the two gradually grew closer, and Eom Tae-bong even provided a mobile phone for Oh Hae-ra to use for contact.
Unlike the warm father Oh Hae-ra remembers, her actual father (Jung Woong-in) is depicted as a man who was indifferent to his daughter. At the end of the broadcast, Oh Hae-ra ran into the road, claiming she saw her father across the street, and was caught by Eom Tae-bong. Oh Hae-ra pleaded through tears for him to find her father, and Eom Tae-bong, unable to ignore her, stepped into her world.
The series is directed by Yoon Jong-ho and Lee Seung-hoon, with a script by Byeon Sang-sun. Episode 4 is scheduled to air on the Lifetime channel on the 1st at 10:50 PM. In Korea, it will be available on TVING and LG Channels, while internationally it will be released on Viu and via Lemino in Japan through Across.
