Kim Ji-yeon credits Kim Tae-ri for her dedicated acting approach

Actress Kim Ji-yeon will reveal how she learned her acting attitude from Kim Tae-ri during the October 30 episode of "Jun Hyun-moo's Plan 4." While traveling in Goyang Special City with co-star Park Seo-ham, Park revealed that Kim performs crying scenes even when not on screen to help her partners' immersion.

Actress Kim Ji-yeon will share the acting attitude she learned on set during the 18th episode of the MBN and Channel S variety show "Jun Hyun-moo's Plan 4." In the episode scheduled to air at 9:10 PM on October 30, 2026, Jun Hyun-moo and KwakTube will meet "food friends" Park Seo-ham and Kim Ji-yeon—who are acting together in the drama "Dive into You"—to search for flavors in northern Gyeonggi Province.

According to a press release, the four will meet in Goyang Special City to discuss stories from the filming set before visiting a restaurant serving banquet noodles (janchi-guksu) and young radish noodles (yeolmu-guksu). Park Seo-ham revealed that Kim Ji-yeon sheds tears to match the acting of her fellow actors even in scenes where she does not appear, and Kim Ji-yeon stated she learned such an attitude from Kim Tae-ri.

'Food Friends' meet in Goyang Special City

On the program, Jun Hyun-moo and KwakTube meet one male and one female "food friend" in Goyang Special City. Jun Hyun-moo first informs KwakTube, "Today's 'food friends' are one man and one woman. The hint for the man is that he is 193cm tall!" Upon hearing the hint, KwakTube shouts, "Seo Jang-hoon hyung!" The scene where Jun Hyun-moo provides the height hint and KwakTube responds is captured before the two meet the actual guests. The male guest is actor Park Seo-ham, who acts alongside Kim Ji-yeon in the drama "Dive into You."

Regarding the female "food friend," Jun Hyun-moo asks KwakTube, "It's the Spice Girls. Don't you know the Spice Girls?" A press release explained that this was a reference to the girl group that gained popularity in the 1990s. Whether KwakTube can guess the female guest from the hint alone will be revealed in the broadcast. The two subsequently meet Park Seo-ham and Kim Ji-yeon and head to a restaurant together. Kim Ji-yeon, who has been active as an actress after performing as Bona of WJSN, is noted by Jun Hyun-moo, who says, "Seeing you in person, Bona, you now have an image closer to an actress." This scene includes Jun Hyun-moo's greeting to Kim Ji-yeon and the process of KwakTube guessing the guests.

Park Seo-ham shares Kim Ji-yeon's behavior on set

While traveling to the restaurant by car, the cast discusses the acting chemistry between Park Seo-ham and Kim Ji-yeon. When Jun Hyun-moo asks about their filming experiences, Park Seo-ham mentions the consideration Kim Ji-yeon shows for her acting on set. According to Park's explanation, Kim Ji-yeon performs crying scenes to match the acting of her co-stars even in shots where she is not on screen. Park remarked on her acting, saying, "(Ji-yeon) cries with all her might (to help the partner's immersion in acting) to the point where it exhausts the viewer." The press release stated that Kim Ji-yeon performs sobbing scenes even in cuts where she does not appear to help her partner's immersion in acting.

Park Seo-ham spoke of witnessing Kim Ji-yeon's acting on the set of the drama "Dive into You." Explaining why she acts that way, Kim Ji-yeon said, "Because Tae-ri unnie always does that, I learned it too." The "Tae-ri unnie" mentioned by Kim Ji-yeon is actress Kim Tae-ri. The press release teased that Kim Ji-yeon will reveal how her filming experience with Kim Tae-ri influenced her acting attitude. However, beyond the mention that she learned it, the press release did not disclose specific details regarding which filming scene or which actions were taken. Following Park's eyewitness account, the broadcast will continue with Kim Ji-yeon's stories from filming with Kim Tae-ri.

Four people order banquet noodles and young radish noodles

The press release noted that the restaurant is filled with autographs from celebrities. Jun Hyun-moo and KwakTube order the restaurant's signature banquet noodles, while Park Seo-ham and Kim Ji-yeon initially choose young radish noodles. After ordering, Park changes his mind, saying, "I'm sorry, but I will change mine to the banquet noodles." The press release introduces a scene where Park changes his order in a calm voice. The orders of the four are split between banquet noodles and young radish noodles, with Park switching his choice from young radish noodles to banquet noodles.

The table is later served with banquet noodles made with broth brewed from eight ingredients and mung bean pancakes (nokdu-jeon) fried to a golden brown. Upon seeing the food, Jun Hyun-moo exclaims, "Wow, this calls for makgeolli." The press release mentioned that Kim Ji-yeon surprises Jun Hyun-moo by cheering, "Kyaa!" The broadcast will also include Kim Ji-yeon's reaction following the serving of the banquet noodles and mung bean pancakes. The time the four spend at the restaurant—including the celebrity autographs inside, the cast's menu selection, Park's order change, and the conversation after the food arrives—forms a part of this episode.
