Kim Nam-gil to host charity performance '2026 Universe's Greatest Show' on November 28

Actor Kim Nam-gil is returning to the stage with fellow stars for a charity performance.

The cultural arts NGO Gilstory announced on the 1st that it will host the charity show '2026 Universe's Greatest Show: Gilliversal Studio' at 4 PM on November 28 at the Grand Peace Palace, Kyung Hee University, in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

'2026 Universe's Greatest Show: Gilliversal Studio' is a charity project conducted under the purpose that simply enjoying the performance becomes an act of sharing.

Fellow artists who shared the same intention as actor Kim Nam-gil are participating entirely in the form of no-guarantee talent donations, and since its debut in 2019, it has continued to sell out tickets every time.

This year, participants include Kim Nam-gil, Ha Jung-woo, Park Seong-ung, Jeon Bae-soo, Park Ji-hwan, Kim Sung-kyun, Yoon Kyung-ho, Choi Young-joon, Kim Jun-han, Lee Shin-ki, Lee Yoo-mi, and Nam Da-reum. Additionally, Muzie, Jo Jazz, Ahn Shin-ae, Urban Zakapa, Cha Ji-yeon, Shin Sung-rok, the 'Kinky Boots' Angel team, and Hwang Je-sung will take the stage. All proceeds from the performance will be used for public interest campaigns for the underprivileged and will be invested in the 'Walking Together' campaign and the 'A Reassuring Day' project.

Kim Nam-gil said that the most meaningful part is that the time spent laughing and enjoying together at the Universe's Greatest Show helped protect someone's daily life and continue their dreams. He added, "I hope you can laugh and enjoy to your heart's content at 'Gilliversal Studio' this year," and stated that he would convey the hearts sent by the audience as a force to support the challenges of young creators preparing for independence and the daily lives of children in need of help.
