Kim Yong-bin's 'Only You' Ranks 1st in October Mid-term Count for STARDOM Trot League
Kim Yong-bin's song 'Only You' took first place in the first cumulative voting period for the October popular song chart of the STARDOM Trot League. Park Seo-jin's 'The One I Fell for at First Sight (Dance Version)' ranked second, while Hwang Young-woong's 'If You Love' ranked third.
According to media reports, Kim Yong-bin's 'Only You' recorded 1st place in the first cumulative voting of the October popular song chart for the 'STARDOM Trot League' conducted by the fandom platform STARDOM. The counting period is from October 1 to October 15, and Kim Yong-bin obtained 34,021 points.
Park Seo-jin's 'The One I Fell for at First Sight (Dance Version)', which stood at the top for two consecutive months in August and September, ranked 2nd in this mid-term count with 14,234 points. Hwang Young-woong's 'If You Love' took 3rd place with 5,800 points.
The final October popular song rankings will be determined by combining the first voting scores and the second voting scores, which will take place from October 16 to October 31. As Kim Yong-bin is also leading in the male singer category for October, attention is focused on whether he can take 1st place in both categories.
The STARDOM Trot League is a campaign that expanded the existing weekly charts into a league format. It operates by linking continuous fandom support with rewards and social contribution; stars who achieve a monthly cumulative 500,000 points in the trot male and female charts advance to the next month's Trot Champions chart. In this chart, stars who have achieved the standard scores of the male and female charts compete in an integrated competition.
If the monthly cumulative score is 500,000 points or more but less than 1,000,000 points, a reward of an electronic billboard advertisement on Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul is provided. From 1,000,000 points and above, donations are made instead of advertisements, where 1,000,000 won is donated upon reaching 1,000,000 points, 2,000,000 won upon 2,000,000 points, and 3,000,000 won upon 3,000,000 points. Fans' votes lead to an automatic donation structure linked with the Korea Social Contribution Foundation, and this expands into a system connected to the Korea Social Contribution Awards at the end of the year.
