Singer Lim Young-woong donates 2 million won Good Star prize money... Cumulative donations exceed 100 million won

Singer Lim Young-woong donated 2 million won from the Good Star King of Singers prize money to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation. This donation will be used for projects to support treatment costs for children and adolescents suffering from pediatric cancer and rare incurable diseases.

Including this donation, Lim Young-woong has been practicing consistent sharing by accumulating a total of 134.05 million won in donations through Good Star. The donation culture, where fans' voting participation leads to donations in the artist's name, is evaluated as having established a virtuous cycle that connects beyond simple cheering to practical medical support.

Hong Seung-yoon, a director at the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, stated, "It will be a great source of strength for the families of young patients experiencing economic difficulties due to long-term treatment," and added, "We are grateful to Lim Young-woong and his fans who have practiced sharing unchangingly for a long time, and we will ensure the donation is preciouslly delivered to where it is needed."

Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong is preparing to release the special digital album 'IM HERO 10' in celebration of his 10th anniversary since debut. This album, which includes new songs and remake songs, is scheduled to be released on September 8.
