NOB terminates contract with creator Nitmol Cash; dismissal process for director also underway

The contract between creator Nitmol Cash and his agency, NOB, is being terminated. The agency stated on the 29th that it decided to terminate the contract after completing fact-checking and internal discussions. NOB explained, “We decided to terminate the contract after comprehensively considering the confirmed facts, the seriousness of the matter, and the impact this has had on affiliated companies and affiliated creators.”

According to NOB, internal procedures, including the dismissal of Nitmol Cash from his position as a director, are also underway. Regarding ongoing advertisements and content, the agency is discussing necessary follow-up measures through consultations with the respective affiliated companies. The agency apologized to the individuals, stakeholders, and affiliated creators who suffered damages due to this incident.

Previously, NOB stated in a position paper on the morning of the 29th that it had confirmed inappropriate words and actions by Nitmol Cash among the contents mentioned in the posts. Along with this, the agency announced the suspension of Nitmol Cash's activities.

A person identified as Nitmol Cash's ex-girlfriend, Ms. A, claimed on her SNS that she experienced verbal abuse and physical violence during their relationship and released recordings and other evidence. Ms. A stated, “I was subjected to verbal abuse for three hours after a drinking session,” and claimed that Nitmol Cash threw objects and pushed her shoulder and forehead.

Ms. A also stated that Nitmol Cash, while intoxicated, cursed at a taxi driver and threw a mobile phone onto the street, breaking it. She further claimed that he struck household appliances and walls with his fists and made remarks intended to disparage ordinary working people, such as office workers.
