UNICEF Korea announced on the 2nd that PLAVE delivered 100 million won in funds to help children worldwide. PLAVE signed a social contribution agreement with UNICEF Korea this past August and has been working together on activities to promote healthy growth and rights.
The funds will be used for projects targeting children whose survival and growth are threatened by conflict, disasters, and poverty. "We are grateful to PLAVE for providing these precious funds for children," said Heo Geum-ju, Secretary General of UNICEF Korea. "We hope this serves as an opportunity for more people to take interest in children's rights while providing practical help."
Following the donation, PLAVE will participate as a keynote speaker at 'The Children's Festa' held on November 20 in observance of World Children's Day. Operating across the boundaries of reality and digital environments, the group is expected to cheer on children by delivering a speech on the theme of 'Children's Mental Health in the Digital Environment.'
"We hope all children can discover their own potential and envision their futures in a safe environment," PLAVE stated. "We hope this sharing provides even a small amount of help to children in difficult circumstances, and we will continue to stand together so that children can raise their voices and create a better tomorrow."
