RBW releases project album 'LIT808' reinterpreting literary works
RBW has released the second series of its project album 'LIT808', which reinterprets classic literary stories through K-pop. The album features 21 music mentees performing tracks based on famous works like 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'The Little Mermaid'.
Comprehensive content company RBW released the second series of the project album 'LIT808' through various music streaming sites at noon on September 3. This album was planned through 'The Beginning Project', which is part of the '2026 Content Creative Talent Accompanying Business', and contains attempts to unfold literary narratives into the K-pop genre.
The included tracks are composed based on five masterpieces: 'Alice in Wonderland', 'The Emperor's New Clothes', 'The Little Mermaid', 'The Golden Axe and the Silver Axe', and 'The Ugly Duckling'. A total of 21 music mentees participated, showcasing various musical colors including vocals and instrumental tracks.
In particular, the title track 'LIT808 - Alice in Wonderland' is released alongside a music video utilizing AI technology. RBW stated that the significance of this project is great in that emerging creators presented a new genre intersection through convergence content encompassing literature, music, and video.
