The complex is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026, though her agency has declined to confirm details regarding her private life.
On November 6, actress Suzy released several photos on her social media with the caption "last birthday." The images capture Suzy making a wish in front of a madeleine cake at a restaurant, dining with members of the group TWS, and showcasing gifts received from brands for which she serves as an ambassador, alongside balloons and flower decorations from fans.
Suzy was born on October 10, 1994, and is 32 years old this year. According to a TenAsia report from this past October, she reportedly signed a contract for the L'ARBRE 27 luxury residential complex located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam District. The complex features sale prices ranging from at least 15 billion won to as high as 45 billion won, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2026.
