Singer and actress Uhm Jeong-hwa has launched her namesake project wine, ‘UMAIZING,’ and held a party to celebrate it. On September 2, Uhm Jeong-hwa expressed her gratitude to colleagues who supported her new challenge through her social media.

The party was graced by a large number of entertainment industry figures, including actors Song Hye Kyo and Go Hyeon-jeong, as well as Jung Jae-hyung, Kang Min Kyung, Kim Wan-sun, Kim Min Ha, and Kim Jae Joong. Uhm Jeong-hwa personally visited the southern Italian winery ‘San Marzano’ and took a leading role in the production process, which spanned over a year from grape cultivation to the determination of the liquid.

According to media reports, the newly unveiled wine lineup consists of a total of four types: the white wine ‘Sonno di Mare,’ the red wines ‘Garden of Maseria’ and ‘Sunset of OTARANTO,’ and the red sparkling wine ‘Ficca.’ As a long-time wine enthusiast, Uhm Jeong-hwa enhanced the quality of the products by personally conducting tastings and blending to reflect her own tastes and sensibilities.
