It has been belatedly revealed that the daughter of actress Bae Jong-ok married last year. According to media reports, an official from J-Wide Company, Bae Jong-ok's agency, confirmed on the 22nd that "it is true that actress Bae Jong-ok's daughter married last year." The news came to light after a Hanbok company released a video of the custom Hanbok being prepared for the mother of the bride and announced they had prepared Hanbok for the daughter's wedding.

Bae Jong-ok's daughter is a non-celebrity. Specific details, such as the wedding venue and the exact timing, have not been disclosed.

Bae Jong-ok married in 1993 and gave birth to her daughter the following year. The couple divorced after one year and six months of marriage due to differences in personality. Since then, Bae Jong-ok has continued her acting career while raising her daughter.

Appearing on the YouTube channel "Song Seung-hwan's Wonderful Life" this past July, Bae Jong-ok said, "I haven't had a hard time since the divorce," adding, "Rather, it was comfortable, and because my mother looked after (the child), I was able to focus solely on work." She continued, "I married to be with the person I love for a lifetime, so it was painful to part ways," and stated, "I don't know what destiny holds, but (after the divorce), I had never thought about marriage."

Born in 1964, Bae Jong-ok debuted in 1985 as a specially recruited talent for KBS. She has continued her acting career with appearances in "The Men of the Bathhouse," "More Beautiful Than a Flower," "Goodbye Solo," "Worlds Within," "Pure Pumpkin Flower," "Hooray for Love," "That Winter, the Wind Blows," "Designated Survivor: 60 Days," "Mr. Queen," "The Art of Sarah," and "Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness."
