JoCoding AX Partners launched 'AX Talent War Online' in October, offering individuals access to training previously reserved for employees at over 30 companies. The service combines AI lectures with APTA competency assessments to help learners master workflows for delegating and verifying tasks with AI.

AI education and consulting firm JoCoding AX Partners launched its personal online service, 'AX Talent War Online,' in October. The service is characterized by transferring lecture and assessment methods developed in corporate training environments to individual learning.

The service combines AI lectures with AI competency assessments. It is designed so that office workers and university students can take the training individually, whereas it had previously been conducted at the corporate level. The company stated that the service was designed based on training experience involving employees from more than 30 companies, including NongHyup Information Systems and Spigen Korea.

Co-CEO Jo Dong-geun, who operates the YouTube channel 'JoCoding,' directly participated in the lectures. Both lectures are structured as practical sessions designed so that even those without coding knowledge can follow along. A notable feature is that instead of merely learning new functions, learners first learn a workflow of delegating tasks to AI and then verifying the results. As AI utilization training often stops at simple functional introductions, this composition of combining actual work application with verification serves as a point of differentiation.

The lectures are divided into 'AI Literacy for Work' and 'Vibe Coding Completion.' The former covers methods for delegating repetitive tasks to AI and checking the results, while the latter explains how those who do not write code can read service structures. After completing the lectures, learners can check their skills through the APTA (AI competency assessment) and receive reports on their strengths and weaknesses.

“We have made it possible for individuals to take the same training that has been provided to employees in corporate settings,” said Co-CEO Jo Dong-geun. He added, “The structure is to learn through lectures, verify through competency assessments, and then determine the next stage of learning based on those results. The goal is to increase the ability to understand code agents and apply them to one's own work in a short period of time.”

JoCoding AX Partners plans to add more content for individual learning and expand latest trend lectures and events. As this is an attempt to expand a curriculum verified in corporate training into the individual market, it is expected to have a significant impact on the future competitive landscape of AI learning services.
