In the fifth episode of the MBC variety show 'Rookie Coach Kim Yeon-koung 2', the Victory Wonder Dogs, led by Coach Kim Yeon-koung, are attempting a reverse sweep against the Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders after dropping the first two sets. Although the Victory Wonder Dogs lost the first and second sets consecutively, they shifted the momentum by taking an early 10-0 lead in the third set.
Despite the consecutive losses, Coach Kim Yeon-koung instilled confidence in her players, telling them, "It starts now. We can definitely win." Drawing on her experience playing for Heungkuk Life, she lives up to her nickname "Heungkuk Do-sa" by reading the opponent's attacking patterns and proposing strategies, though the Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders are also reading the Victory Wonder Dogs' patterns and refusing to yield control easily.
Pyo Seung-ju, who served as the captain of the Victory Wonder Dogs during Season 1, takes the court for the Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders in this match. The Victory Wonder Dogs must fill the void left by Pyo Seung-ju with new teamwork. The fifth episode of 'Rookie Coach Kim Yeon-koung 2' is scheduled to air on Sunday, the 8th, at 9:10 PM.
