Nijigen no Mori to Rehost 'Godzilla Minus One' Special Exhibition on September 18
Nijigen no Mori animation theme park in Awaji Island will host a special exhibition for the film 'Godzilla Minus One' from September 18 to December 6.
Nijigen no Mori, an animation theme park located on Awaji Island, Japan, will rehost the 'Godzilla Minus One' special exhibition in the 'Godzilla Interception Operation' area from September 18 to December 6. This exhibition, which received a great response from visitors in 2024, is expected to recreate the film's worldview through photo panels capturing major scenes from the movie, exhibits related to Operation Wada-tsumi, and a Godzilla statue.
Exclusive interview footage of director Takashi Yamazaki will also be screened on-site. As interest in the Godzilla series intensifies ahead of the release of the new work 'Godzilla -0.0', this is expected to provide an opportunity for existing fans to once again feel the lingering emotions of the film.
Nijigen no Mori stated, “We have prepared various exhibits so that visitors can experience the emotions of the film directly on-site.” This special exhibition is interpreted as a strategy to strengthen the theme park's identity of enjoying animation content with all five senses, going beyond a simple exhibition.
