The group TWS recorded second place on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart (as of the third day) in the latest chart released on November 4. The single 'TO US' was recorded to have sold approximately 28,176 copies on the day of its local release. This marks the first instance where all albums released since their 2024 debut have entered the upper ranks of the chart.

Simultaneously, the title track 'Call My Name' entered the LINE MUSIC Real-time Song Top 100 chart and held the 14th position on the daily chart for three consecutive days, while also taking 7th place on the LINE MUSIC Music Video Top 100 chart. In South Korea, the track reached the top of the Hanteo Chart daily album chart and entered the upper ranks of the Melon TOP 100, as well as the Bugs and genie real-time charts. It also recorded 11th place on the YouTube daily popular music video chart.

The American music outlet Billboard noted the musical evolution and growth of TWS, evaluating that "they have added new depth to their music by honestly telling stories not only of the brilliant moments of youth but also of trial and error and clumsy appearances. While not losing their characteristic positive perspective, they have expanded the meaning of growth by embracing even imperfect moments as their own story." The Bias List introduced the title track by stating that the members' outstanding vocals stand out amidst the piano melody that heightens the energy, and regarding the B-side track 'WE UP', they remarked, "We were completely captivated by the intense groove, and the members' expressiveness in the rap parts evokes admiration."

The major Philippine broadcaster ABS-CBN reported that this single contains fresh songs that interpret youth through the unique perspective of TWS. TWS is scheduled to appear consecutively on KBS 2TV 'Music Bank' on September 6, MBC 'Show! Music Core' on the 7th, and SBS 'Inkigayo' on the 8th to present live performances of 'Call My Name'.
