Weipeu Boys delivered their first official performance at the ‘OTRN Sound Lab’ held at Yokohama BUNTAI in Japan. The event emphasized live performances and unique musical moments, with the group appearing on the second day of the lineup.

On the day of the performance, the members connected with local fans through Japanese greetings and conversations they had prepared themselves. In particular, Junmyeong utilized his Japanese language skills to lead natural conversations on stage, drawing enthusiastic responses from fans.

During the stage, there was a segment where each member briefly performed a song of their choice. Junmyeong heightened the atmosphere by singing ‘Dry Flower’ by Japanese singer-songwriter Yuuri. As the song is familiar to Japanese fans, it was met with continuous cheers from the audience.

The other members also perfectly concluded their first Japanese stage with prepared Japanese greetings and performances. Weipeu Boys is a five-member group consisting of Anderson, Andrew, Ryan, Junmyeong, and Samuel.

They released their debut single ‘Weipeu Boys Do’ on August 7 and released their second single ‘Swag’ on the 28th of the same month.
