[Korea Social Welfare Journal] Reporter Lee Jeong-mok=Kim Jong-kook and Joo Woo-jae's appearance of envying Hye-Gul Hong's life has become a hot topic. On KBS 2TV ‘Problem Child in House’, Hye-Gul Hong and his wife Esther Lyuh appeared and shared interesting stories.
Esther Lyuh, who rose to the position of CEO after being a medical doctor, opened the broadcast by revealing 33 years of grievances toward her husband. At her honest remarks, Joo Woo-jae empathized deeply and took Esther Lyuh's side. As various episodes of Hye-Gul Hong were revealed, Joo Woo-jae showed a performance of turning his back in embarrassment. This reminded viewers of the situation where he turned his back on the Bubu (Yoon Yoo-sun and her husband) in a previous broadcast. Hong Jin-kyung burst into laughter upon seeing this.
Meanwhile, Kim Sook mentioned Hye-Gul Hong as one of the '4 Great Emperors of Husbands with incredible luck with wives in the entertainment industry.' In response, Hye-Gul Hong provided laughter by claiming he is the best among them. When he added, “I really do nothing,” the studio was filled with laughter.
During the recording, Hye-Gul Hong's true romantic side was also revealed. He stated his belief that the very opportunity to die for a loved one is an honor. When asked Kim Jong-kook if he could die for his wife, Kim Jong-kook firmly replied that his muscles exist to protect his wife. At this, Hye-Gul Hong appeared momentarily frustrated.
Later, as Esther Lyuh revealed her achievements as a CEO, Kim Jong-kook envied her support. Kim Jong-kook said that if he had a wife who would build a gym for him, he would want to spend his time exercising. At this, Joo Woo-jae said, “I'm so envious,” and began to see Hye-Gul Hong in a new light.
Joo Woo-jae went as far as to express his admiration by saying he would write a biography of Hye-Gul Hong's life. Such reactions provided great laughter to the studio once again, concluding the broadcast.
