Lee Si-young posted footage of a first birthday celebration for her second daughter, Luna, on her social media account on the 25th. The celebration, which featured a cake and a ring, follows the announcement of her separation last year after marrying Mr. Cho in September 2017.
On the 25th, Lee Si-young posted a long message on her social media account along with scenes from the first birthday celebration for her second daughter, Luna.
“I am so grateful even for the red sunset sky, and I was happy to be with the people I truly, truly love,” she wrote, adding, “I received the most congratulations and love in my life.”
She expressed her affection for her daughter, stating, “Above all, I am most thankful to Luna for growing up so healthily.”
She also shared her feelings for her family, writing, “Ian, I love Luna so much. Please take good care of her in the future.”
Lee Si-young also expressed gratitude to a long-time friend who prepared the celebration, recalling the setting which included a cake and a ring. “Every single touching detail—you are the best for your sincerity in making this entire space all about Luna,” she said. She added, “In the moment when everyone celebrates together, I am crying so much.”
Lee Si-young married restaurateur Mr. Cho in September 2017 and welcomed her first son in January the following year. Last year, eight years after her marriage, she announced her separation and previously revealed that she became pregnant with her second child by transferring frozen embryos that had been stored without the consent of her ex-husband.
