JTBC's 'Chef & My Fridge' will reveal the refrigerators of Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games medalists Biwesa Daniel, a track and field athlete, and Huh Mi-mi, a judo athlete, on the 1st at 8:50 PM. The program is directed by Lee Chang-woo and Lee Rin-ha.

Following her medal win, Biwesa Daniel will reveal a long congratulatory message received from entertainer Jonathan, whom she has known since childhood, and will connect with him via video call. Jonathan reveals that the message was actually a confession made while intoxicated. Huh Mi-mi, a gold medalist, shares her goal of achieving a Grand Slam following her Olympic and Asian Championship gold medals, while national fencing athlete Oh Sang-uk, who has already achieved a Grand Slam, shares how he steadies his mind before competitions.

During the refrigerator reveal, Biwesa Daniel introduces a dish from a regular restaurant that she claims tastes better than her mother's cooking, while Huh Mi-mi reveals that she does not eat green ingredients. MC Ahn Jung-hwan reacts by asking what she would do if the floor of a judo arena were green.

In the battle for Biwesa Daniel, Sam Kim and Kim Poong will face off. Sam Kim, who has lost every match to Kim Poong this year, expresses his determination to win, noting that the athlete and his son share the same name, Daniel. Kim Poong immediately recruits Woo Do-hee, known as "Joseon's Best Sword" and the right-hand man of Son Jong-won. In the battle for Huh Mi-mi, Jung Ho-young and Yoon Nam-no will compete, with Jung Ho-young stating, "I have no regrets now," after utilizing a nostalgic item.
