This broadcast introduces the daily lives of Yugyeong, who operates a meat restaurant in her 30s; Eun-yeong, a scrap metal dealer with 27 years of experience; and Suyeon, who has been making toast in a traditional market for 19 years.

The Intense Fields of the Butcher Shop and Scrap Yard

Yugyeong, who runs a butcher shop in Cheonan, Chungnam, processes 200kg of beef bones and trims 34kg of paired ribs every day. She leads the shop with skilled techniques, personally preparing popular menu items such as Maguri-tang. Meanwhile, Eun-yeong, who has been running a scrap yard in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do for 27 years, personally drives a grapple truck to collect recyclable resources at a 330㎡ outdoor storage yard. Her hands, scarred from relentless labor, testify to the intense years she has walked.

The Market's Specialty, 3,000 Won Toast

Suyeon, who has been running a toast shop for 19 years in Chang-dong Market, Dobong-gu, Seoul, is carrying on the flavor as the second generation, following her parents-in-law. She personally prepares 15 heads of cabbage every day and toasts about 300 pieces of toast daily. Staying in front of the hot iron plate for 9 hours, her shop serves as a community hub for the market people.
