According to media reports, Tablo posed a question to John Park, asking him to choose between living as a respected musician to make a living, or receiving billions of dollars but being unable to sing for the rest of his life.

After some deliberation, John Park chose the option to receive billions of dollars. Mentioning that he is married, he explained that insisting on music while living with financial constraints would not be fair to his wife and daughter. He went on to state that he could give up music, which is his own happiness, for the sake of his family's happiness.
