Comedian Kim Dong-ha will hold his solo performance, "KIM DONG HA: OISHII STAND-UP COMEDY LIVE," in Osaka, Japan, on October 24.
According to the agency Meta Comedy, comedian Kim Dong-ha will hold his solo performance "KIM DONG HA: OISHII STAND-UP COMEDY LIVE" on October 24 at 6:00 PM at the 5th-floor auditorium of Mindan Osaka in Japan. This stage is deeply meaningful as it is the first solo live performance conducted by a Korean stand-up comedian in Japan.
The performance title "OISHII" means "delicious" in Japanese. Meta Comedy announced that this performance will showcase a stage combining Kim Dong-ha's unique sharp satire and flavorful wit. Expectations are high regarding how his realistic, relatable comedy, which transforms everyday subjects into laughter, will elicit reactions from the local Japanese audience.
Since debuting through "Stand-Up Comedy Stage 6" in 2018, Kim Dong-ha has continued his activities steadily. Including the national tour "Life Goes On," he has been spreading the charm of stand-up comedy on various stages based on his quick wit and flexibility.
Previously, Kim Dong-ha successfully completed the North American tour "MADE IN KOREA" in Washington, D.C., United States, and Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, this past April. At that time, he conducted all performances 100% in Korean, gaining empathy from the audience by covering realistic topics such as the joys and sorrows of immigrant life, cultural differences, and dating and marriage.
